| Module content | This course continues the themes developed in Managing operations for results, bringing a more integrated, cross-disciplinary approach to the task of producing results in the “engine room” of the company. Case studies, visits and practical exercises will help you develop effective ways of innovating and managing across the organisation’s structures, systems and processes to improve performance across different industries. You will be required to apply models of innovation, design and management of processes to your own organisation. |
